How do I get started?
The first step is to Book a $25 Trial Class. Experience our gym and meet the team—no obligation required.
Do you offer personal training or group training?
We offer both one-on-one coaching and small group training, so you can choose the best option for your needs. (Personal training sessions are currently fully booked.)
How often should I train to see results?
Most members train 2–3 times per week. Consistency matters most, and we help you build a routine that fits your lifestyle. We've seen people get stronger, build muscle and feel better with just 1 training session a week! Start where you are!!!
Are your programs women-only?
No, we welcome everyone. Our training is designed with women in mind, but anyone seeking support and strength is invited.
Can I try out a class before I join?
Absolutely! We offer a $25 trial class to try out our programs and environment.
What makes Beltane Strength & Fitness different from a regular gym?
We offer small group, team-like, strength training classes, specifically designed with women in mind. No getting lost in the sauce in a huge class or fighting to keep up. We offer multiple class styles (Foundations, Barbell, and Foundations-Flex) to appropriately challenge you regardless of your experience.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
Our programs are desigend to be adjusted and our coaches are ready to modify workouts to accommodate your needs, prioritizing safety and long-term progress.
Do I need to be in shape before joining?
Not at all. Most members start with little to no experience. Our programs meet you where you are and build you up safely.
Can you accommodate busy schedules?
Yes, with flexible scheduling and multiple program times, we make it easier for busy professionals to stay consistent.

We’re inside Delta Physio (2828 Pickett Rd. Suite 160) in Durham, NC...new location loading!
