Foundations 

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4:30pm

Tuesday 8am (Flex), Thursday 8am (Flex), Monday 6:30pm (Flex)

Barbell

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm

Foundations

These small group training sessions are more beginner friendly. We focus on body weight and dumbbell exercises to build and maintain a strong foundation. Learn the basics of strength training and build a strong core at pace that honors your body.

Barbell

These small group training sessions are designed to allow us to build off of a strong foundation and the primary exercise(s) of the day will be with a barbell. Improve form and technique while challenging yourself in a way that honors your body.

Foundations-Flex

These small group training sessions are designed to allow more flexibility in exercise & weight selection. Some members of the group may be performing a movement with dumbbells, some with a barbell, but we are all working together to get stronger and honoring what our body needs on a given day. You have the option to take part in a Foundations or Barbell lift…or a mixture of the two.
