Strength for Moms September

Join us for a private small group (max 8 people) strength training series designed specifically for moms. This group is designed for anyone pregnant or who has ever been pregnant and you would like more support connecting to and strengthening your core, glutes and upper body. This is a beginner level strength training program designed to work at a slower pace, with plenty of rest and time to learn proper form and technique.

Erinn Brooks, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach, will be your coach for all (12) 1-hour sessions from September 8- October 15 (6 Weeks) on Monday & Wednesday at 5:15pm.
