Women's Foundational Strength Team January 2026
Join us for (2) 60-minute strength training sessions each week across 4 weeks to build a strong foundation of form, core strength and movement mechanics. If you are brand new to strength training, getting back into lifting after a break, or want to finally learn the best form to keep you healthy, this 4- week program is for you!
When: January 13-February 5 on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am
What you get:
1 individual consultation with strength coach
A 4 week program designed to teach you the basics while getting stronger
8 60-minute small group strength training sessions
Access to community message board for community support + motivation + connection
Be part of a small group (max of 6 people) of women with similar mindset and goals
